About the facilitator
Aly McNicoll works across the business, public and not for profit sectors of Australia & New Zealand as a trainer, consultant and leadership development practitioner. She has worked with a wide range of not for profit governance boards to help them streamline their governance processes and runs board development workshops, evaluation processes and strategic planning retreats. She also teaches governance for LEAD Centre of Not for Profit Leadership where she is a director.
