The Ramaroa Centre
Queen Elizabeth Park, Paekākāriki
The Ramaroa Centre at the entrance to the park has shelter, bathrooms, and a meeting space for hire. The park rangers are also based here.
The building is inspired by the park's landscape and heritage - from Māori life in the wetland region, to more recent stories of European settlement and the place of the US Marines in the park during WWII.
Community groups can hire the meeting space. There is seating for 60 people, a kitchen and audiovisual system.
Kāpiti Office Suites
L1/18 Ihakara Street, Paraparaumu
Kāpiti Office Suites offer private serviced offices, dedicated or hot desks in shared spaces and an onsite manager who makes certain the all-day filter coffee is kept topped up. Available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, KOS also has a small bookable meeting room. Why look for office space in Wellington when you can work closer to home?
Kāpiti Collective

The Kapiti Pavilion
10 Scaife Drive, Paraparaumu
The Pavilion is a modern facility is ideally situated in the beautiful Mazengarb Reserve, Paraparaumu, only a few minutes’ drive from State Highway One, and 45 minutes’ drive from central Wellington. The Kapiti Pavilion boasts ample off road parking (over x50 car parks with no cost); a private well-appointed environment including the architecturally designed modern space.
The Pavilion is only minutes from Paraparaumu Airport, with various quality accommodation close by.
The complex, which was built in 2012, comprises a large conference room, and access to a smaller meeting/breakout room (4 x 4 metres) and even use of the changing rooms if required. Full catering can be provided by a high level food compliant commercial kitchen with fully licensed bar when requested.
Coastlands Aquatic Centre Meeting Room
10 Brett Ambler Way, Paraparaumu
A multi-functional meeting room is available for hire at Coastlands Aquatic Centre.
The versatile 8m x 6.5m space can be used as;
- a boardroom
- theatre style
- open space
Facilities include large TV with HDMI cable, whiteboard, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
With our onsite Café and central location, this is the perfect place for a small group get together.
The meeting room can be accessed via the Reception area or from the front carpark

Within Coastlands Shopping Centre itself are modern meeting rooms that cater to a wide variety of different events.

Lindale Motel and Conference Centre

Our modern conference facilities have a capacity from 2-80 people, a range of conference equipment and catering options available. It is a single storey building with good natural light, beautiful lawn outside, extensive free secure off-road parking and wheel chair access.

Nikau Room – Up to 80 people in a theatre style set-up and 40 people in a banquet style set-up.

Phoenix Room – Seats up to 15 people in a U-shape style set-up and up to 24 people in a theatre style set-up.
The Phoenix and Nikau Rooms have a connecting door, which can be opened up to create a larger space. Catering for morning tea/lunch/afternoon teas is available by arrangement.
Southward Car Museum

Southward Car Museum is the leading conference and function facility on the Kāpiti Coast, offering four conference spaces. The museum and a number of outdoor spaces are perfect for team-building exercises.

Ngā Manu - Robins Nest
74 Ngā Manu Reserve Road, Waikanae
Escape the buzz of the office and let the natural surroundings of Nga Manu invigorate your creativity. Robin’s Nest provides the perfect venue for meetings, day conferences and team building for up to 90 people. The building’s ambient temperature can be controlled for comfortable all-season use.
This single-space venue has great natural light, and easy indoor/outdoor flow with an extensive deck surround and lawn area overlooking our main pond.
