Long-term Plan strategies

Council has initiated a number of strategies to guide long-term vision for the district and its resources. The following are associated with Council's Long-term Plan.

• Financial strategy 2024 [PDF 919 KB] 
  This strategy sets out the overall financial goals of the Council for the Long-term Plan 2024–34. The strategy builds on our current financial position by setting out where we want to be positioned during, and at the end of, the long-term plan period.
• Infrastructure strategy 2024–54 [PDF 843 KB] 
  This strategy sets out Council’s approach to managing the District’s core infrastructure services (transport, stormwater, water supply, wastewater and coastal assets) for the next 30 years.
