Submissions and further submissions received

Submissions and further submissions were a way our community could have their say on Proposed Plan Change 2 (PC2). To be able to speak at the hearing, a submitter or further submitter needed to have selected ‘to be heard’ as part of their submission or further submission on PC2.

Summary of Decisions Requested report

The Summary of Decisions Requested [PDF 2.44 MB] (SoDR) report gives summaries of the decisions requested by submitters in their submissions on PC2. This report is not intended to be a summary of submissions in their entirety, and you should always check the original submission if you’re seeking to make a further submission, or to fully understand the matters raised by a submitter.

We’ve presented the report in table format, with each row representing a decision requested by a submitter. We’ve assigned each decision requested a unique ‘submission point’ number, and included information on whether the submission supports, opposes, or seeks amendments to particular provisions or matters in PC2.

This report also includes the address for service for each submitter who made a submission on PC2. Once you’ve lodged your further submission with Council, you’ll need to use these addresses to send your further submission to the relevant original submitter.
