Central Paraparaumu property purchase

Kāpiti Coast District Council has acquired 23 Amohia Street, Paraparaumu.  Kāpiti Coast is growing and Council needs to plan for this so that we grow well. This is a strategic purchase to support the growth and development of central Paraparaumu, the main city centre for our district.

No decisions have been made about how the property will be used, this will likely be included in the next Long-term Plan. Existing tenants have been contacted.

Council owns property so it can deliver services as defined in the Local Government, and Amendment, Acts of 2002 and 2012 respectively.
