Find local sports activities via Council database

Looking to join a sports club? Or wanting to make it easier for people to find out about your club?  

Council is currently updating its sports and recreation database which directs people to different clubs and the key contacts…all in one click!

Mark Hammond, Council’s Sports Facilities Coordinator, says the database makes it easy for Kāpiti Coasters to get involved in recreational activities.

“We have so many sporting and recreation clubs in our community. This database means people can find the club they’re looking for and the correct contact details easily,” he says.

“We’re now asking clubs to check the database and ensure their information is up-to-date. If clubs aren’t on the database yet, we’d love them to contact us so we can include their details.”
