Receding floodwaters

Floodwaters in different parts of the district have receded and all roads are now clear. The Howarth Block and Otaihanga Domain are open.

Take care of rivers and streams which are still running high.

Inspection and cleanup of Paekakariki Hill, Akatarawa Hill and Otaki Gorge roads, and other rural/urban roads as required are in progress.
