Expressions of Interest sought for the old Otaki Court House Building

Council invites Expressions of Interest to lease the old Ōtaki Court House Building from 1 July 2015 when the Otaki i-SITE, which currently occupies it, closes.

Consideration will be given to organisations and individuals who propose activities that:

  • involve the Ōtaki community;
  • provide support to the Ōtaki community; or
  • provide a value adding service/attraction for Ōtaki.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically by 5pm Monday 30 March 2015.
