Chipsealing due to be completed this weekend

The new chipseal surface on Mazengarb Road and Guildford Drive is now finished and Kāpiti Coast District Council contractors will be clearing and sweeping the surface of loose chip through Friday.

Final linemarking is planned for this Sunday night, depending on the weather. If it’s wet on Sunday it will be done the next fine night.

Until linemarking is finished, traffic management will remain in place and road users should continue to observe the temporary speed limit, and drive carefully through these areas.
