Paraparaumu chipseal due to be completed

Remedial sealing work on Mazengarb Road and Guildford Drive is being carried out this week, and should be finished by the weekend if fine weather continues.

The initial sealing part of the new surface is due to be complete by Tuesday evening and will need to settle for a few more days before final sweeping and linemarking can be done.

The Council is advising road users that there will be some small loose chip through the sites. Speed restrictions will remain in place until works are complete, and people should continue to drive carefully through these areas.
