Understanding how people use existing parking spaces is important in developing the best possible parking solutions for a transformed town centre.

A remote-controlled helicopter hovered over Paraparaumu three times a day, three days a week, filming what happened on the ground. This video footage of Paraparaumu was taken at 12 noon on 24 July 2014.
