Request to cancel infringement offence notice

Note that the grounds for revoking an infringement notice are very limited, and you must be able to prove an offence was not committed or be able to show that a statutory defence to the offence exists (such as having a reasonable excuse why it was).

Include all evidence and supporting information with your application to avoid delays in processing.

You can expect to receive the result of your application within 10 working days of us receiving your request.  We will advise you, in writing, of the outcome.
