Water supply connection or alteration form

If you’re having a building demolished, or need a change to your property’s existing water connection, you’ll need to complete a water supply connection/alteration form. This form is to be used when applying for a new water supply connection or when applying for an alteration to an existing water supply connection. Find out more at Your connection.
