Ōtaki Domain
Ōtaki Domain is a vibrant and multi-purpose sports park, home to both the Rahui Sports Club and Whiti Te Ra League Club. The park’s number one rugby field, with a grandstand offering great views, is a central hub for winter rugby tournaments, drawing teams from across the district. In addition to rugby, the domain features netball courts along Domain Road, available for use throughout the winter (booking is recommended for team practices). During the summer, the courts are repurposed for tennis, and the domain also boasts a variety of other sporting facilities, including an athletics track, long jump area, and junior softball pitch. Whether you’re watching a match, enjoying a game, or simply exploring the park, Ōtaki Domain offers something for everyone.
