Air services

Kāpiti Coast Airport provides scheduled air services between Kāpiti and Blenheim, Nelson and Auckland. The airport is located at 60 Toru Road, Paraparaumu.

• Air Chathams fly daily between Kāpiti and Auckland.
• Sounds Air fly to Paraparaumu from Blenheim and Nelson.
• Heliworx provide scenic flights around our district, and connections to accommodation, attractions and activities.

Charter flights

The Kāpiti Coast Airport offers an opportunity for corporate and general public charter flights to all airports in New Zealand, including second and third level aerodromes.

Scenic flights

There are a wide range of scenic flights available, from local flights over the Kāpiti Coast to the top of the South Island, and Marlborough Sounds. For the more adventurous, gliding is also available at Wellington Gliding Club, one of the most active gliding clubs in New Zealand, based at Paraparaumu Airport.
