Makerspace
Our Makerspace at Paraparaumu Library is a place for people of all ages to explore, create, innovate and engage with all kinds of maker technology.
We have 3D printers, vinyl and laser cutters, sewing machines, hand tools, an expanding library of electronics components, as well as a helpful team and workshops to help you get inspired and create. Drop-in during our opening hours or any time you see our door open.
Our first workshop programme will run from 17 February to 24 April. Learn how to design and 3D print a lamp, code your own website, or learn sewing techniques. Places are limited and registrations are essential.
If you have any questions, please contact us. Alternatively, pop in and let us show you around!
Please note that people under the age of 14 years will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
