Our services during COVID-19
Last updated: 9 August 2022, 10am
Under the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system), we plan for all our facilities and services to be open. You can find out if there are any reduced hours or services under each activity.
For everyone’s comfort and safety when visiting our facilities, please:
- Mask – Wear a mask if you are 12 years and over – unless you hold an exemption card. You can remove masks to eat and drink, and when exercising or swimming.
- Scan – QR codes will be displayed for those that wish to continue scanning.
- Be kind – Most customer-facing staff will be wearing masks unless they are not required to for safety reasons, or have an exemption. Be kind to our staff, who are doing their best to offer our full range of services and facilities.
We suggest that you:
- protect yourself and others from COVID-19 by following the latest health advice, visit covid19.govt.nz
- use EFTPOS or other contactless payments if you can. We will accept cash but prefer not to for hygiene reasons.
COVID-19 Protection Framework
Red – Action needed to protect health system – system facing unsustainable number of hospitalisations. Action needed to protect at-risk populations.
Orange – Community transmission with pressure on health system. Whole of health system is focusing resources but can manage – primary care, public health, and hospitals. Increasing risk to at-risk populations.
Green – COVID-19 across New Zealand, including sporadic imported cases. Limited community transmission. COVID-19 hospitalisations are at a manageable level. Whole of health system is ready to respond – primary care, public health, and hospitals.
