Certify resource consent project

When you've finished your resource consent project, there's still some steps you'll need to go through to make sure you have your documentation complete. This is an important step. 

Steps

When your resource consent project is finished, we'll need to certify your project following these steps:

1. Agent/Owner advises Council project is finished
2. Owner 223/224 certification (for subdivisions only)
3. Council reviews project
4. Council issues223/224 certification
