Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE)
An Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) is a report outlining the possible effects of your proposed activity on the environment. It’s the main tool planning staff will use to assess your proposal, so it’s important you give enough information in the AEE for your application to be considered complete; if not enough information is included, your application will be considered incomplete, and we won’t be able to accept it.
