Withhold personal details

Kāpiti Coast District Council and Greater Wellington produce a public version of the Rating Information Database (RID). The database:

• includes the names and postal addresses of all ratepayers, except those who have requested their personal details be withheld
• is only available at the main offices of each council.

The property information we provide through our Council website uses information from the RID, but does not include names or postal addresses.

You can withhold your personal details from the public Rating Information Database by completing the Rating Information Database form [PDF 134 KB] and returning it to us.
