Waste is a part of our daily lives, but if we minimise waste it’ll cost us less for collection, and our landfill sites will last longer and produce fewer greenhouse gases (which cause climate change). Even before you buy, think about what will happen to items – and their packaging – longer term, and aim to reduce your waste impacts.
