Annual Plan 2020/21
Annual plans are how we deliver our long-term plans (LTPs). They identify our activities, the resources to deliver them and where the resources will come from, for example rates or user charges.
The 2020/21 annual plan was adopted on 25 June 2020.
You can download a copy of the Annual Plan 2020/21[PDF 6.66 MB], and the printed plan is available in our services centres and libraries.
The adoption of the plan sets what the rates will be for the 2020/21 financial year. You can look up rating information for your property for current and previous years using our property search tool.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Council has worked hard to reassess all our budget and plans for the coming year; focusing on making sure we're in the best position to support the Kāpiti Coast district through this crisis and out the other side. Our Annual Plan 2020/21 focuses on delivering our district’s essential infrastructure and services, and supporting our community and economy to recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
