Plan Change 2 (PC2) to the Operative Kapiti Coast District Plan 2021 (District Plan) responds to Government requirements to change the District Plan to accommodate more residents, businesses and community services in Kāpiti. It is a significant step towards implementing our Growth Strategy, Te Tupu Pai – Growing Well.
