Meetings and agendas

Committee meeting dates, agendas, minutes and details of when and where our meetings will be held. The public gallery and public participation are now open at our Council and committee meetings.

Public forums before meetings

Public forums provide the opportunity for members of our community to come in and talk to elected representatives about anything they like, in a welcoming and safe environment.

Public speaking in meetings

At the beginning of meetings, there's time where you can address the Mayor and councillors about matters relating to the agenda, and at the end of meetings, there's time for items not on the agenda.
