Annual alcohol licensing reports

Every year, Council reports on alcohol licensing for the last 12 months. These reports:

• give survey responses from our District Licensing Committee
• show how much money we take in from fees compared to how much it costs us
• outline the portion of the fees paid to the Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority (ARLA)
• list all places that have alcohol licences in our district.

These reports are required by section 199 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and regulation 19 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Fees) Regulations 2013.
